KUNSTEN AT BLIVE
Fem dage med kunst, morgenyoga, lokalt produceret mad, sprød vin, måneskinssvømning og at følge din indre stemme. Vi inviterer dig til at koble helt fra og slappe af. Føl dig fri til at lege.
GENERAL DETAILS
Pricing for studio stays are below retreat rates, reflecting the self-directed nature of the experience.
Meals are not included in the base price. However, you will have the option to join communal meals, which can be added at the time of booking. There is a full kitchen where you are welcome to cook your own meals. You are also welcome to participate in daily yoga and sound bowl meditations.
Rates are structured to encourage longer stays, with the weekly cost decreasing the longer you remain. Your full length of stay must be reserved at the time of registration.
Each participant is accommodated in Villa Marguerite, staying alongside retreat participants and sharing in the broader rhythm of the foundation.
All studio stay guests are provided with a private studio, located either within the Villa or the Château. Studios vary in size and character, and while specific requests cannot be guaranteed, we will be in touch prior to your arrival to thoughtfully match you with a space that supports your work.
Participants are responsible for bringing their own materials and any specialized tools. We’re happy to provide a list of local art suppliers in the area. Please note that while we support a wide range of practices, we do not currently offer dedicated facilities for metalworking, woodworking. We do not have a ceramics studio - although we are currently raising funds to build one!
Studio stays are offered during the retreat season, running annually from June 15 - September 4.
SPECIFICS ABOUT DATES
The Studio Stays follow the same schedule as the Threshold Art retreats, happening weekly for 12 weeks.
During your reserved week(s), you have the option to audit a portion of the retreat course (up to two days). If this interests you, we encourage you to review the retreat calendar and consider aligning your stay with a session that resonates with you.
Each Studio Stay reservation is five nights, beginning Monday morning and concluding Saturday morning. Guests who book consecutive weeks are also able to enjoy the intervening weekend, creating a seamless, extended stay.
HOW RESERVATIONS WORK
Once you join the list of interest, the retreat curator will email you to pair you with a studio for the week(s) you are wanting to book. The reservations are made on a first-come-first-served basis.
Due to the cross-operational functions of the foundation, not all of the studios are available all weeks. We host many events during the summer that we book the Studio Stays around in order for you to have the most pleasurable experience.
PRICING
The price structure for the bookings is as follows:
1 week: $1,250 for the week
2 weeks: $1,000 per week
3+ weeks: $ 850 per week
